BEFORE AD LIFE
Out of college, I pursued a career in social work as a case manager. I started working in public housing, at a senior building near Wrigley Field, where residents barely spoke English so I learned to communicate with visuals. My 81 year old resident, Charlene, convinced me that I should use my art skills and try advertising. So I went to portfolio school.
